I was a pretty big fan of Google Chrome initially, but after I changed the settings and signed up for developer updates (much more frequent than normal updates, as well as beta releases), the new version of Google Chrome (2.x) is amazing. The main feature that I thought it was missing before, saved sessions, is added in, and the functionality and speed is great, especially with pre-fetching turned on. Give it a try, you won't regret it. | | | 04-27-2009, 02:41 PM | #2 (permalink) | | human scrabble board <33 Join Date: Nov 04, 2008 Posts: 106 | Quote: Originally Posted by Rena Is awesome. You need to turn on Developer updates for that version, I believe. | | | 04-28-2009, 11:03 PM | #4 (permalink) | | ...but our destiny is shared Join Date: Nov 04, 2008 Posts: 388 | Mm, I'll go and do that. I have the tame version, but I don't use it much. I'll go get the zippy, shiny version. | | | 04-28-2009, 11:31 PM | #5 (permalink) | | our stories are singular... I like that it doesn't waste space with a permanent load info bar the bottom, and rather just pops it out when needed... just a random thing I noticed as I was loading the page. | | | 04-29-2009, 12:15 AM | #7 (permalink) | | our stories are singular...
