We all love to plot. If you have an idea for something that will span several threads (as opposed to anything that only needs one) and you need multiple participants, come here to post your idea and get the participants you need.

If your character is part of a team (most characters are), they should come here and talk about the activities pertaining towards their affiliated group. This is the place to discuss events that are bigger than one individual, such as entire straggler groups or gang activities.
