Noten Park Nestled on the small island formerly known as Governors Island, Noten Park plays home to the fearsome Golden Banner hegemon. Because of the hegemon's relatively small population, Noten Park has a large amount of spare room. This is used for their extensive agricultural lots, as well as shelters and common houses they use to receive any guests that they allow on their island. But with the Banner's ruthless politics, accepting their hospitality may not be the wisest of ideas. Noten Park is so named after the original Dutch name for the island, Noten Eylant.
