Though Jules' isn't usually one to really care about education, Charlie, his older brother and his father took great care to make sure that he was literate in English, at least. He didn't have the aptitude for learning quite like his brother, but he still finds himself just a little more educated than most of the people that survived the fallout. He knows how to read, write, and speak correctly when he wants to, however it isn't often that he finds he needs such a talent.

Sexual Orientation:

Jules is incredibly straight. In fact, he is slightly homophobic. He isn't violent or a giant jerk towards homosexual people; he just feels incredibly uncomfortable around men who like men. Women who like women are a completely different story now. Julian thinks lesbians are a totaly turn on and would love to get in between that hot sexwich.

When it comes to women, Julian is all over them like a male dog with his balls intact, and though he knows when to stop; it usually takes a good slap in the face to truly get him to back off. So in general, he thinks with his penis. In a world like today, he finds that one of his greatest pleasures is 'hunting and capturing' a woman. No, he's not savage, but he does know a thing or two in the bedroom. Casual flings are nice, and Jule's is good at working them, but deep down he does want that special lady that ends up stealing his heart. So ladies beware, Julian is out on the prowl. Whether it's a one night thing, or something more serious, he's going to try to get into your pants.

Inherited Powers:

Jule's father had Psychic Manipulation, though he wasn’t completely aware of his abilities until after the pandemic. Jule's mother, on the other hand, had Pheromone Manipulation, though; unlike her husband she didn’t live long enough to know that she had such abilities. Julian himself has two abilities thanks to his parents. The first is Electrical Generation and the second is Heightened immunity. His powers are related to his brother's, Charlie.

Build: Due to his height, and body type he comes off quite skinny, but underneath the clothes he's not only athletic with excellent muscle tone, but just dead sexy.

Julian has a square set face with a defined jawline. His chin is slightly pointy, but he doesn't suffer from any kind of witch face. His nose is straight and his pointed, but not overly large. His lips are small and his eyes, being the blue color that they are, can make many people smile with their humor. Julian's skin is tan and healthy looking.

Phobias:

Water is something that can put Julian's heart to rest, especially if there's large amounts of it. It's a silly thing to be scared of, but when you're body is running off of an internal electric charge, and it's doused out by water...it only takes a short while before your organs turn off, and heart stops beating. Julian had to learn at an early age, Water = Death. So if there's a storm brewing outside, you can be sure to find Julian, freaking out & trying to find a dry place on high ground.

Spiders are the freakiest thing on the planet to him. Walkers he can handle...but eight legged freaks, absolutely not. He's the type of person that will flip out if he sees a spider, screaming "Kill It Kill It," as he climbs onto someone's back...type of person. The classic movie Arachnaphobia was on one day when he was a kid, and he watched it with his brother and father. It's still the scariest movie he's ever seen.

When it comes to a fight or flight situation, Jules is always down for a fight. Even if he is scared shitless, he'll do his damn best to not let it be seen, and then go all out. Sometimes he needs a good push from his older brother, when times get hazardous, and fighting is useless. He just gets lost in the moment. There's already been a time or two where Charlie's had to literally drag Jules out...not a pretty site.

When Jules is angry he simply cannot control himself. His "fuse box" automatically switches on the highest of his electrical powers, and it can be very hard for him to shut it off. Once he gets started, he rages on, and his tirade of destruction continues until he miraculously calms down, or passes out from exhaustion. This isn't to say that he has a short fuse, or how he reacts every time he's annoyed or frustrated. Jules actually has a lot of patience, but once that patience is broken...there's no telling what could happen. He won't turn on anyone he loves, but he could easily over do it, and cause someone to get hurt. And heaven forbid if that ever happened, you'd find an emotional man.

When Jules is sad, regardless of the situation, he shuts down. He might cry depending on who's around and the given circumstance, but for the most part he just closes up. All interest in life disappears, as does his regulary social behavior. He'll continue to survive, by eating and drinking, but sleeping is out of the question. He becomes a mindless, and muted robot and will stay that way until he randomly comes out of it, or something triggers him to come back.

You've never seen a more excited person when you see a happy Julian. When he's truly and utterly happy, without any suppressed anxiety, or worries...he's literally jumping around. He'll put a bound in his step, and almost skip around, and his mouth will never close. This is how he usually is after a good fuck...all over the place. Little charges of electricity will start to become visible, as little bolts jump around, and through his skin. Sometimes he just has to zap the shit out of something in order to calm down. He could be compared to that goofy ADD kid in school, that always comes off a little too happy.

Jules is a clown, plain and simple. His humor has grown into now a constant dry, and sarcastic tone, with an often raunchy spin to it, if he's in the mood. He doesn't really care what he says and who to. His filter is very thin, and doesn't hold everything back as much as it should. He's quite a prankster too, he'll go out of his way to fool someone, and then laugh about it for days, when everyone else thinks it's not funny anymore. Despite his witty and uncontrollable antics, he is a really good guy. He knows the difference between right and wrong, and although he likes to play on the line that seperates the two, he usually makes the right decision in the end. He's not heartless, though he can sometimes come off as it.
